By using Onde Passa, you agree to these terms. They are short: the site is a free information service.
1. The service
Onde Passa, a product of DANTAI (CNPJ 00.176.524/0001-38), shows when teams play and where games will be broadcast in Brazil. It is free to use and needs no sign-up.
2. Information may change
Dates, kick-off times and broadcasts come from public sources and data providers and are updated often, but they may change without notice — by decision of federations, clubs or broadcasters. Times are Brasília time (UTC−3). Always check with the broadcaster or streaming service, especially before buying a subscription.
3. No affiliation with clubs, competitions or broadcasters
Onde Passa is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by clubs, federations, confederations, competition organizers, broadcasters or streaming services. Names of teams, competitions, channels and services are used only to identify them and belong to their owners.
4. Links to other sites
The site may link to broadcasters, streaming services and advertisers. Those sites have their own rules, and Onde Passa is not responsible for their content, prices or services.
5. Permitted use
You may use the site freely for personal reference. You may not copy the content in bulk, collect data in an automated way (bots, scraping) without permission, or try to harm the operation or security of the site.
6. Intellectual property
The Onde Passa brand, design, texts and code belong to DANTAI.
7. Ads
The site may show third-party ads. An ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser. See the Privacy Policy to learn how ads use data.
8. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. DANTAI works to keep the information correct and the site online, but does not guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or available, and is not liable for decisions made based solely on it, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms may be updated. The date of the latest version is always shown at the top of this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code, where applicable.
